These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you and First Look Bridal regarding your use of our services, retail operations, website, and appointment systems. By scheduling an appointment, making a purchase, engaging with our communications, or otherwise utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full.
We use systems provided by BridalLive Software, LLC and other third-party payment processors to manage customer records, appointments, and transactions. Separate contracts, order agreements, and appointment documents govern specific transactions and policies. Those documents control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Scope of Services
First Look Bridal provides bridal consultation services, product sales, and related retail operations. Services are subject to availability and may require appointments or advance scheduling. Appointment times are reserved specifically for your consultation and are limited in duration. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel appointments when necessary due to operational needs, unforeseen circumstances, or scheduling conflicts.

Product availability, pricing, and design specifications may change without notice. Bridal products, including custom gowns and designer merchandise, often involve manufacturing processes governed by designer-specific policies. Orders for custom products may not be eligible for cancellation or modification once production has begun.

Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you affirm that you are at least eighteen years of age or have legal authorization to act on behalf of a minor or dependent when making purchases or scheduling services. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.

Appointments, Booking Fees, and Cancellations
Appointments may require booking fees or deposits as disclosed at the time of scheduling. Booking fees reserve consultation time and may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in your appointment agreement. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are detailed in appointment confirmations and signed agreements. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without adequate notice may result in forfeiture of booking fees.

We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling to accommodate other customers and maintain operational efficiency. Specific notice requirements are communicated during the booking process and in confirmation materials.

Orders, Deposits, and Purchase Agreements
Orders for bridal gowns and related merchandise are governed by separate purchase agreements and designer policies. Many bridal products are custom-ordered and manufactured to customer specifications, which may limit or preclude returns and refunds once production begins. Deposits and payments toward orders are applied in accordance with purchase agreements.

Customers are encouraged to review all agreements carefully before finalizing purchases. Written agreements control refund, cancellation, and modification rights. If you have questions regarding an agreement, we welcome inquiries before signing.

Refunds and Returns
Refunds and returns are governed by applicable purchase agreements and designer policies. Custom orders and special-ordered merchandise may not be eligible for refund or return once production has commenced. Where refunds are permitted, they will be processed in accordance with stated policies and applicable law.

We reserve the right to issue refunds using the original payment method or alternative methods where appropriate. Processing times may vary based on payment provider requirements.

Payment Processing and Security
Online and in-store payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store sensitive payment information on our internal systems. Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the payment provider. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues arising from third-party payment systems.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring sufficient funds for transactions. Disputes related to payments should be addressed through the appropriate payment provider or financial institution.

Text Messaging Program
First Look Bridal offers an appointment and marketing text messaging program (“Text Program”) to provide customers with appointment confirmations, reminders, dress and order updates, and promotional messages. Participation in the Text Program is voluntary and requires consent, which may be given by checking a consent box on an online booking form, verbally agreeing during an appointment or phone call, or initiating text communication with First Look Bridal.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. The frequency of messages will vary depending on your interactions with First Look Bridal, including appointment scheduling, order updates, and promotions. Messages will generally not exceed a few texts per month, though this may vary seasonally.

Reviews and User-Generated Content
We welcome customer feedback and reviews. By submitting content, you grant First Look Bridal a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for promotional and informational purposes. Content must be truthful, respectful, and compliant with applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove content that is offensive, misleading, defamatory, or violates these Terms. Users are responsible for the content they submit and must not submit material that infringes intellectual property rights or violates privacy protections.

Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a professional and welcoming environment, certain conduct is prohibited. This includes harassment, discrimination, or abusive language toward staff or customers; disruptive behavior in the boutique; unauthorized recording or photography of staff, customers, or merchandise; attempts to access systems or information without authorization; providing false or misleading information; violating applicable laws; and interfering with business operations.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access, or request removal from the premises if a customer engages in prohibited conduct. Safety and professionalism are fundamental to our operations.

Alcohol and Complimentary Beverages
Complimentary beverages, including champagne, may be offered during consultations. Consumption is voluntary and limited to individuals of legal drinking age. Customers are responsible for their conduct and consumption. We do not encourage excessive consumption and reserve the right to discontinue beverage offerings if safety or operational concerns arise.

We do not pressure customers to consume alcohol, and participation is entirely optional. Customers who choose not to consume beverages will receive full service without alteration. We reserve the right to decline service if a customer appears impaired or if safety concerns exist.

Children and Minors
Children are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising minors at all times. We do not assume responsibility for injuries or accidents involving children on the premises.

Customers agree to supervise their children and prevent disruptions during consultations. Products and display areas may contain items that require careful handling. Parents should ensure children do not interact with merchandise in ways that could cause damage or injury.

Assumption of Risk
Retail and consultation services involve ordinary commercial activities. Customers assume responsibility for their personal safety and belongings while on our premises. We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from customer conduct, misuse of merchandise, or failure to follow reasonable instructions.

Customers are encouraged to notify staff of safety concerns or hazards. We strive to maintain a safe environment but cannot control all risks inherent in retail operations.

Intellectual Property
Content on our website and branding materials is owned by First Look Bridal or our licensors. Otherwise, content on our website and branding materials source from partners and are displayed with partners' consent. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of this content is prohibited. Trademarks and logos associated with First Look Bridal are protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers
Services and merchandise are provided as available and without warranties beyond those provided by manufacturers. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and availability, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and cancel orders affected by such errors.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, First Look Bridal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service at issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold First Look Bridal harmless from claims arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by Texas law. We encourage informal resolution of concerns before pursuing formal processes. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be subject to arbitration or legal proceedings as permitted by law. Arbitration provides a streamlined alternative to litigation and is intended to resolve disputes efficiently.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to services for violations of these Terms or disruptive conduct. Termination does not affect obligations arising from existing contracts or orders.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in operations or legal requirements. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
